Anderson County Clerk

As the County Recorder I am responsible for recording Real Property records, including state and federal tax liens, hospital liens, and even the brands of livestock, Vital Statistical Records (Birth & Death Certificates, Assumed Names, Uniform Commercial Code Records, and Military Discharge Records.), as well as Marriage Licenses.

As Clerk I am also responsible for the records of Commissioners' Court, Criminal, Civil, and Probate cases filed in the courts of the County Court at Law & County Courts.

I am proud of my highly skilled and dedicated team of deputies. Each understands the importance of your time and the documents they make part of the public record.
