Honorable Judge Jeff Duran
Anderson County Court at Law has concurrent jurisdiction with the district courts in family law, juvenile matters, and criminal cases. It also has concurrent jurisdiction with the constitutional County Court on misdemeanor criminal cases, probate, and civil cases.
The jurisdictional civil limits for this court are $500.00 to $100,000.00
The court also has appellate jurisdiction over cases in justice courts and municipal courts.

Mission Statement: The courts desire is that everyone is entitled to a fair day in court, that we move cases and see that all cases are timely heard and all parties are given opportunity within the rules to present their case. Objective: To insure the orderly disposition of cases through proper court procedures.
